Couldn’t be bothered waiting for the chicken to defrost, before chopping it up, so I grated the frozen chicken.

  1. thunderstormsandfireflies said: you can defrost chicken in the microwave if you’re going to cook it right after. at 135-165 degrees fahrenheit, you kill any bacteria that could potentially make you sick (i.e. salmonella). just so you know :] - the little chef.
